We are an advertising marketplace, not a landlord, hotel operator, or agency. We sell visibility for housing, hotels, rentals, work camps and beds across the $112B Alberta Corridor. We do not own, manage, or broker properties. Bookings happen directly between you and the property owner.

1. What We Collect

For Visitors (Searching Housing): We do not require an account to search. We collect anonymous analytics (page views, city searches) to show owners what corridors are active.

For Advertisers (Posting Listings): When you use our Contact Form → to advertise, we collect: name, business name, phone, property address (for Google Maps Pin), photos, availability/beds count, and Stripe payment info. Payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.

Google Maps Pins: If you request a pin, your property address becomes public on our maps. This is required to help crews find work camps, hotels, and rentals near Suncor Base Plant, Syncrude Mildred Lake, CNRL Horizon, Imperial Kearl, YEG/YEG industrial, YYC/Balzac corridor etc.

2. How We Use It

• To publish your listing across Edmonton, Calgary, Fort McMurray, Red Deer + 15 Alberta channels
• To show Google Maps Pins for work camps, hotels, rentals, and beds availability
• To respond within 24h via Contact Form
• To improve corridor reporting (e.g., $112B projects demand)

3. What We DO NOT Do

• We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties
• We do NOT expose your email publicly — all inquiries go via Contact Form → to prevent bot scraping
• We do NOT broker bookings or take commissions — you keep 100% of rent/booking
• We do NOT operate housing — we are advertising only

4. Canadian Privacy (PIPEDA)

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time via Contact Form. We store data in Canada/US via secure providers (Stripe, hosting). Retention: Active listings + 12 months after expiry for tax records, then deleted. You can opt-out of marketing anytime.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use basic cookies for site function and Google Analytics to see which corridors (Edmonton YEG, Calgary YYC, Fort McMurray YMM, Red Deer) get traffic. No tracking for ad resale.

This policy covers: Work Camps & Crew Lodges, Hotels/Motels/Lodges, Houses/Suites/Rentals, Beds & Availability, Employers & Workforce searching the $112B corridor including but not limited to Wood Buffalo oil sands, Nisku/Leduc industrial, YEG Airport logistics, YYC/Balzac industrial, Dow/NWR/Heartland petrochemicals.
